I have a Dell Optiplex 150 with 800Mhz, 128 MB and 20GB system. For last few days its com ports are shown grey in the Device Manager of XP. Its mouse does not work and it cant be booted from the CDROM. Moreover at the startup after the Dell flsah screen there appears a cursor which remains for 4-5 minutes, and after that the system boots. If I hit the F2 key at startup then also the cursor appears for the same time and after that the system enters the BIOS. I’m unable to reinstall the Operating System.Can somebody help me???
