i have a dell dimension 3100 which is giving problems after i turned it off three nights ago.the lcd light flashes orange when i connet it the battery light comes on along with the ethernet light but the pc refuses to come on.not to sure what i am looking for here but can someone please explain to me what’s causing this??would really be helpfull thanks.
