Up until a couple of weeks ago, I’ve been using my Windows XP fax console without problem. Recently, I have noticed that I am not receiving faxes. It rings and shows that it has connected and is receiving, then it shows that the fax failed. I called the fax number from my mobile, the computer showed that it was receiving a fax after 1 ring as it has been set up, but on the mobile phone it just kept ringing. Can’t figure this one out. Just wanted to see if anyone else can help with this.
