dell touchpad moves sometimes

hi good morning i am having a problem with my dell inspiron 15z laptop for about a month now. whenever i press the G and H key the curisor moves backwards and spoil whatever i am typing. this happens sometimes...so the problem goes and comes also the touchpad is moving very sticky or none at all. i even re-installed windows i dont know what else to do. my laptop is faulty and very difficult to use,sometimes upon startup it makes a beeping sound before it boots up. i can hardly even type well right now. i need as much help as i can get.

As to the touchpad or keyboard:

Check the settings for the touchpad and adjust sensitivity. Same for the keyboard. Note that dragging your sleeves or anything on the pad while typing can displace your cursor or act like a double-tap.

If anything has ever been spilled on the keyboard, you will need the laptop taken apart and cleaned. If not, try blowing dust out of the keyboard (with the machine off) with canned air or your lungs - do not use a vacuum cleaner).

You can download Key Tweak to check to see if any keys have been re-mapped.

But if the problem is the same since you re-installed Windows, this is not likely to be the case.

A beep is frequently normal, unless disabled in BIOS. If you are getting a series of beeps, you'll need to find the beep codes for your machine to see what might be the problem. http://www.google.com/search?&q=beep+code
