“Delta Toolbar”

I have encountered a malware called “Delta Toolbar” I have tried several ways to get rid of this, however none of them have worked. I have no traces of the components that I have been told to look for. Yet Spybot S&D and malware bytes still say there is some trace there that the can’t fix!

Any help or ideas greatly appreciated.
