When accessing a program (as a user)which has its “engine” in the winnt folder, the program either does not run or locks up. When accessing the same programs using a logon that has “administrator” privledges all works fine. It appears that the WINNT folder is protected. Where is the security edit found so that I might change it, I have looked in the “Local Policies”, user and security options , did not find anything.. Can anyone help
