I’m a software developer by trade but now i’m in managment one of the most nerve racking times for me in the SDLC is the deployment. I would hate to be the company that is responsible for losing millions if not billions of my clients dollars due to an unplanned(god forbid) or under planned deployment as recently demonstraded at the Australian Customs Service.
