Design pub doc for large format

We need to design a Microsoft Publisher document for a large format printer but do not have one in house to actually print to. I’ve tried loading the print drivers for one & trying to fake it out. We also went ahead with 8.5×11 then thought we couldchange it after the fact but no luck. Any ideas?
