I have a common problem with profiles, I have a windows 2000 server with AD. I have a couple of PCs which will have new employee but with the same tasks as the old employees which were using the PCs before so what I did is renamed the profile as their login name added the user to administrator and continued the settings. When I removed the user from the Admin group and logged in again I noticed that the desktop background has changed.
If anyone can tell me why did that happen I would be than grateful
