I’m new at in house computer networking, I would like to have a method for one of my computers to receive all data, after the data is received from my internal network computers who can generate their own files or receive data from other computers, the receiving computer will Not upload files to anyone.
What I want to do is stop the receiving computer from uploading data automatically to any one. Any data uploaded must be uploaded manually to a disk and the disk transferred to a computer that will send data via dial up,DSL.T1. Each network computer will have virus and firewall protection before the data is sent to my master receiving computer.
Can I receive data via internal network but stop the receiving computer from sending data to anyone including my network computers. Will doing this give me one secure source for uncorrupted files, void of hackers,etc…Speed and time are not an issue, security is? I’m looking for security through the use of one master desktop computers .
