Desktop profiles

Hi,
I have a problem that I need a quick fix for.
I have a laptop user and he has windows 2000 pro. And he currently logs into domain(domain A). He is now going to another building with a different domain to log into. I need for him to get the same desktop(profile) as when he logged into Domain A.
Is there a quick way to fix this.
ny help would be appreciated.
