When right clicking the desktop area then clicking properties, a message window pops up stating “This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.” This does not allow the properties option to be selected. Is there a setting that can be changed to allow access to the properties? The system configuration is a Windows 2003 server environment with an application being accessed through terminal servers.
