My computer keeps refreshing the desktop and taskbar for no apparent reason. I’ll open up a window and all of a sudden, all the icons on my desktop disappear, as does the taskbar, and a few seconds later, they come back, but all the wondows I had open are now closed. It’s not any window in particular that makes it close; I could be in C:\Program Files or F:\Pics, it doesn’t matter.
Can someone PLEASE tell me how to make my PC stop refreshing the desktop??
