yes,i am a laserjet printer technician and i am wondering if there is anywhere to get the detailed error codes for hewlett packard printers.there is much info about these errors around,yet they are often not a full explanation of the entire error code.for example:a 49 error is generally a firmware/formatter communication error.yet i see many 49 errors that are listed as,49.4c02,49.2f9d,49.ff08 or something like this.is there anywhere to get a detailed translation of what the suffixes after the decimal refer to?like the 4c02,2f9d, or ff08 part.thatnks
