Detecting a bandwidth change on a V.35 port

I support many customers running NxT1 circuits. Sometimes a T1 will fail and the others will continue to run. I thought that Cisco recorded the speed change in the log but I can’t find the message. Has anyone seen what happens on a router when a T1 is dropped from an IMUX bundle?
