How could I check for a bad card.
ex. If a computer has been exposed to a surge, I want to find out which boards have been fried. Besides trying to configure each board in another PC, is there a way (using software, equipment or tools) complete this check? I am not and electical engineer, so using some sort of HIGH END equipment is not in my buget.
