DFS delayed write error

I migrated my file and print server from 2000 to 2003 using the Microsoft File Server Migration Tool. It seemed to work very well, except now I am getting Delayed write errors when Large files are saved to the shared folder. Files can be saved locally and copied or moved, but they cannot be saved from the application (ie Word, Excel,etc…)Microsoft does not seem to have a clue why this is happening. Has this happened to anyone else and did you get a solution?
