I’ve just setup Microsoft’s DHCP server (for the first time ever, i might add).. The program installs fine, I’ve given it our normal IP address (and verified they are not being used).. but when i switch a client to DHCP, the server doesnt respond.. I’ve verified the service is running (rebooted several times).. it’s in the same subnet, not across any routers or anything like that. In fact, we were using another DHCP program on that same server (netid)..
What else do i need to do to make this DHCP server active?
