DHCP Allocation

I have five(5) departments located in several deferent buildings all loging into one domain.
How do i allocate DHCP to separate departments on the seperate domain controller located in each department?

The DHCP addresses will be given out according to the subnet that each user is on. If you have a flat network then they will all come out of a single scope. I don't know that you will actually want to create multiple DHCP servers, it will all dependon the actual landscape of your network. You don't say if they are all on different subnets. We have a single DHCP server that hands out IP's for 8 distinct segments. To do this you will have to make some changes on your router to forward the DHCP/BOOTP packets to the server.

To tell the truth, unless you have each of these departments behind a router, or VLAN, they will all be thrown into the scope that matches the address of the router that they are behind. The DHCP server gives out IP addresses based on the router they came from.
