DHCP for only one OU

on Win 2000 Domain Controller, i want to enable DHCP Server. i want DHCP server to assign IP Address only to a specified users. i.e i want only users in OU “Roaming users” receive IP address from DHCP. any other OU or Users should not receive IP address apart from the specified OU.

How do i get this done ???
