DHCP Server

By hai_mahi ·
We have upgraded our NT domain controllers to win2k servers (domain controllers). Our PDC was the DHCP server before upgradation. After upgradation, the DHCP server fails to give IP. We have removed DHCP and installed again on the same machine. After one or two days it again fails. it gives the the event id as 1014. The jet database call returned the following error = -510. addition debug information ; Createcliententry; jetUpdate. We have searched the MS support sites with the given error but failed. One more thing , the clients which are unable to get the Ip renewed is Win2k professional clients. The old nt clients are working without any problem.

Please give a solution to these issues as early as possible.

DHCP Server

Did you authorise this machine as a DHCP server in Active Directory? What machine is your DHCP now running on, just an ordinary member server or an AD DC?
