DHCP server error

On the windows 2000 server which is supporting more than 40 systems of multienvironment i am getting an error :”THE DHCP/BINL service has determined that it is not authorized to service clients on this network domain :www.xxxx.com” otherwise i have no pbm with internet or with network connections.
