I have a NT4.0 server with SP6a installed as a PDC and acts as a DHCP and WINS server. The process activity on the system is 100% (with a file named tcpsrv.exe consuming 98%). When I stop the DHCP server the cpu process returnes to normal. I havent made any system changes recently, what might be the problem ?
