Diagnostics for NT 4.0

Has any one used Compaq Insight manager 7 or diagnostics for windows by Compaq?
I would like to know if it is a useful and user-friendly tool for diagnosing the server?s hardware and software, and any recommendations on how often it should be run along with scandisk and defrag on a mirrored drive on Win NT 4.0.
