dial up at terminal server Win2000

By alfacomsby ·
Anybody know how to disable dial up networking in WIndows 2000 server so only administrator can dial up and connect to internet ? This is not a good idea because domain user can dial the connection BUT admin cannot disable/disconnect the dial up connection.
thanks for the advice.

Are you running Active Directory or is the server strictly stand-alone?

If you are running AD, each user account has settings related to RAS. You are able to allow or deny dial-up access on a by user basis.

If the server in question is strictly stand-alone or running in a peer-to-peer environment (i.e. no domain), you do not have this capability.
