Dial-Up Hotmail access with Outlook 2000

If it is possible to set-up Outlook 2000 to access my Hotmail Emails on a dial-up PC at home?
Outlook will access a POP3 Email account that I have, but I am unable to set up a Hotmail HTTP account.
I have used Outlook Express 5 which works with both accounts, but I cannot get the Aero to synchronize with it.

Outlook 2000 does not support HTTP accounts. (Outlook 2002 will.) For a hack that might allow you to read your mail, see http://www.slipstick.com/config/ol2000hotmail.htm.
