Dial-up modem help, it says incoming call , ignore or attend

Hi All

I have a Motorola Dial-up Fax modem at win XPSP2, when i try to connect to the internet at verifying user name and password it activates a window and says that there is incomming call , answer or ignore , i cannot connect internet.

I have disabled from onhold properties from the modem properties. its showing same problem please help me.
