I recieve many calls for the dial up connection not working with Windows Vista & till date i was not able to make even a single connection work on windows vista as even after checking all parameteres still the connection fails & further windows vista after diagnosis does not revert back with any error & says it was unable to find any error. So please advise as how to troubleshoot these as the customer are really pissed off due to the same & regret taking Windows Vista as an OS. (High Urgency)
