Dial-up-server

Hello,
I have a Personal Webserver up and running on my windows98SE machine. I wish to know how to configure the dial-up-server so that any one who dials my modem gets a webpage. Please also let me know what each of the server types mean in the dialupserver configuration window.
Can I and my friends play games by using dial up sever if so how should it be done. Please tell me in detial.
