Dialup run as a service

I’d like to run an ADSL dial-up connection as a service so that the connection is active and retained while logged off. At present, I have the dial up shortcut in the Start menu to make it run automatically, but being a dynamic IP from the ISP, it disconnects and changes everytime I log out/in as a different user.

How could I configure the dial-up connection to run as a service (on W2k Pro), therefore starting when the machine is booted and remaining active until it’s shutdown?
