Hi, After spending 17 Years in Software development and managing the Projects, I have changed the line to Sales and Marketting.
Of course in Software only. Now rather than developing I look for development in the market. Totally new in this area of activity still I am struggling but of course enjoying. Many times I feel nervous about the technical activities going on around and I am not a part of it. Sometimes I feel unhappy that I may loose the ‘Technical touch!’. As usual in sales, yet there is no success as it is just a beginning, building up the blocks…but will it be there?…
Some times I get confused if I had done a right choice by looking for a change in career? Will I be a success? Am I un-necessarily taxing my employer to spend on me for the activity for which I may not be a right person…
