Did someone face a malware which apparently keeps the history of MSN conversations in a hidden folder even when the option to automatically keep a history of conversation is disabled? When a different user signs in (if is the same it does not happen) the malware sends the history of previous conversations to his e-mail box attached to a series of e-mail from random addresses picked from the majors free e-mails providers and then erases the hidden folder normally named ?data system?, ?record?, ?sound out?, and similar, all installed in the root of drive C. E-mails are mostly sent under subject ?with love of? followed by the name of the first user. A peculiar aspect is the fact that under the programming point of view in some cases the process becomes much more complex once that only few random excerpts from different conversations are transmitted as text in a series of plain e-mails text. Most intriguing yet is the fact that in some cases the historical records seems to have been previously monitored since the e-mails contain some complementary notes and comments pretty much related to the subjects of the conversations or even previous conversations not included in the history attached. In any way, these acts of vandalism or pranke represents a terrible risk to MSN users and seems to be idealized with the purpose of misbelieve MSN security system or punish those who uses MSN for illegal, immoral such as pedophilia even marital infidelity. Occurrences such the above described have been reported from different countries and seem to be sponsored by some religion fanatics or puritan group without, of course, excluded a possibility of MSN security system defamation campaign. I?m looking people who had the experience related to know how it was solved if it was.
