RE The 2009 TechRepublic-Global Knowledge IT Salary Survey
You want “Global” info but are not prepared to offer prizes to non-USA resident members! WHY?
This is a form of discrimination, simply because I don’t live in the USA.
Fortunately many of your members are not USA residents and have important opinions and experiences from outside your ego-centric country; otherwise, it would be a very boring and mononucleosis-like.
I do work there from time to time but don’t reside there so am not eligible for the prizes that you are giving away. This stands for all promotions/competitions/giveaways etc that you send to me via email.
Perhaps the truth is that you really think that the USA is the globe? WRONG!
Perhaps you think that people outside the USA are too dumb to read competition T’s & C’s? WRONG!
Unless you afford me the same opportunity to partake in the prizes or giveaways etc you will not ever get any free data from me!
Open up your eyes and realise that the whole world does not revolve around your silly country!! You think it is not silly? Then take a look at your four candidates for the Presidential campaign – they are all idiots and follow in the footsteps of your curently inept President.
Why send a survey to me in Australia when I CANT win any of the prizes because you have to be a USA resident??
How about some prizes for us international subscribers too?
I encourage all members who are NON-Residents of the USA to Boycott your survey and skew your results for simply failing to be inclusive.
