Difference between W2K and W2003 Server

By KingOfTheNerds ·
Hi,

I have been using windows 2000 server now for quite some time and i am considering upgrading to 2003 server but would like to know why i should?

What are the advantages of upgrading to 2003 and disadvantages of staying with 2000 server?

Also include some disadvantages in upgrading to 2003, and is it compatible with existing network?

Thankyou,
Eli
