Differences between nt 4 and Win 2000?

Hi,
I’m doing an assignment and one of the parts is that I need to be able to say what the differences of Windows NT4 server and Windows 2000 Server are.
I know that Windows 2000 server uses active directory and that 2000 also supports plug and play.
Does anyone know where I can get a summary of the differences between the 2 operating systems to help research.
