Different colors in different screen resolutions

I’ve noticed that sometimes when you view certain sites in different screen resolutions, the colors are rendered differently.

Why is it so? For instance, when I view my site http://www.mauconline.net I see the shade of color on edges sometimes as green and sometimes as blue.
