Different desktop Icons for each profile

I run a training lab in which we teach the various types of Autodesk software. A new profile is created for each class in Small Business Server 2003 active directory. I would like for each profile to only have the desktop icons for the specific software being taught in that class. Eg. Students show up for their AutoCAD training, log into the profil setup for them (1 profile for the entire class), and all they see is the AutoCAD icon, none of the icons for the other installed programs show up).

Is this possible?
