different networks

Dear Sir/Madam,
I get your netmail and perhaps you may be able to help me.
I am the IT administrator for Zenith Fuel Systems, Inc. and have come up with a perplexing problem.
We have a NT Server network (using TCP/IP) which is our used for most of our company mfg. systems. We have about 35 PC’s attached to this network, most being either Windows 95 or 98. There are 10-15 printers attached to these PC’s used as shared Network Printers.
We also have a small Windows for Workgroup network (3 PC’s running NT) that is solely used by our engineering department. This network runs NetBui and is also attached to the NT Server network. When trying to access the printers on the NT Server, these 3 PC’s cannot see the printers at all using Windows Explorer, even though the printers are shared. I can’t seem to get the NT network displayed, it only shows the WFW network.
The NT network drives that these 3 PC’s use are displayed and available for their use, but not the printers. These PC’s are all NT clients, whereas the other PC’s on the NT network are Windows 95 or 98. Is there some magic configuration I’m missing when trying to get these WFW PC’s connected to be able to see the NT network shared printers ????
Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to give me.
