I’m new to the site, and I’m hoping you guys might be able to help me out with a problem I’m having.
I work at a small company as the only IT admin. I recently moved all the users from a NT 4.0 domain w/ Exchange 5.5 to a Win2000 domain (running on a Windows 2003 server). I’m in the process of moving all the clients from the old NT domain to the new Win2000 domain.
The problem is that everyone is used to having all the client computers appear under Entire Network, but any of the clients moved to the Win2000 domain won’t show up in Entire Network. It will only show the localhost.
DNS is working (to the best I can tell), I’m trying to move away from the WINS of NT4.0. Can anybody think of any ideas?
