I have a DigiAccelePort RAS device with 4 ports hooked up to my Win NT server. Sometimes when my users (running either WinNT, Win XP on their laptops or a CE device) try to dial into the system they connect but then get disconnected after a few seconds. When I look at the Event Log on the server it tells me that the disconnect was because of user request, but the user did not initiate the disconnect. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
