Digital signature

By EPAIT ·
HI,

I run a network for a CPA firm and the partners would like to be able to have me scan their signature of our company name..."ompany name" in their handwriting. They want to be able to copy and paste the signature into tax forms and other applications. We have a network scanner that will scan to a network share..pdf or tiff. Ialso have OCR software to covert to an office program. I tried scanning in and created a bit map but could not get paint on XP to resize correctly. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks,
Rob

If you get the PDF to the right size of signature you can do a "screen shot" of the current screen by pressing Print Screen/Sysrq button. Then open paint and go to edit and paste. Then cut out the signature, open a new paint window and paste in the signature. You can then resize the paint screen to as small as will still hold the signaturwe and save that file to be inserted into files
