Diiferent language in group policy ADM

Hi!

I wanted to change IE setting thru GP on 2k3, i created a GP and try to edit it, but it is showing different languages ADM in GPMC, I’ve not installed any thing so that it can modify this.

but surprise to see these stuff, how can i remove it.

and also want to know how it get install there?
