pls. help!! my sister has a dell dimension 2400 pc that was heavily infected and had to be re-imaged from win xp hm edition to xp prof serv. pk1. problem is unit cannot find univ. serial bus controller. on dell resource cd it lists the usb bus as – adaptec IEEE 139a controller but needs to be installed via floppy and the unit has NO floppy disk drv. is ther anyway to load this device drv. from cd-rom? or, what other options? thx.
