Had computer plugged into surge protector and unpluggged all electronics once storm started. Now my monitor and all other electronics plugged to protector are just fine except my hard drive it will not come on have tried diff outlets but, no luck and ideals before i waste money on a replacement and lose 4 years of pictures and documents
