I am attempting to connect two PCs (Win95 & Win98 Op. Systems) via a DirectParallel universal cable. The program that came with the cable, ?Connection Monitor?, is able to verify the connection & gives information about both computer systems, so they are communicating.
When I attempt to connect, the connection wizard asks for a password for the guest (even when no password is selected on the host CPU) and then asks for logon domain….the wizard promptly
disconnects after this step. This is a home environment, trying to share files straight thru please tell me ………thanks
