I am trying to set up directory catalogues,
so that clients can look up e-mail
addresses commonly used in the
company from the server, although these
users are not in the domino domain.
However, when I follow the instructions
from support.lotus.com, and load the
dircat task on the server, it attempts to
start, and then shut down again
immediately. If I load the dircat service
without specifying which directory
catalogue file to load, the service starts,
but it doesn’t actually show up the
external address books in the address
dialog in Notes.
However, if I look in People and Groups in
Domino Administrator, both the Domino
Directory, and the directory Catalogues
are listed there.
Any ideas?
