Nero 7 DVD player bombs BSOD when playing a DVD.
Nero says it is quartz.dll bombing, and I should reinstall Directx10 to fix it. Problem one is, can’t find a way to get it. Problem two is, if I run dxdiag.exe, the tool itself bombs pointing to DirectShow. Problem signature of that failure follows. Clearly something is broken. I am current on Vista Ultimate maintenance, Nvidia driver, and driver for DVD player.
