Disable/Hide IE Toolbars using asp.net/vb.net

hi guys, I am new to this, is there a way you can check what and how many toolbars (e.g yahoo. msn etc) is installed on the IE (or other browsers) and then disable or hide all of them? Cos I am developing a web application and want to hide all those toolbars in order to aviod accidently click by user. Thanks!

Make a blank page name home.htm paste below code in head and body part, change your default page of application. make this page startup page.
