At work, we are using Kronos for timekeeping purposes. The previous version we used was Java JRE 1.3.1_02 and upgraded to JRE 1.4.2_06. We did this via CA’s SDO system. After all upgraded, we upgraded the server to the higher version.
Question is, without creating an uninstall package for 1.3.1_02, can we disable this version via registry hacks? Anyone know the hacks? Tried to write an uninstall package and messed everything up. We need to disable the lower version due to security issues.
