Thank you, I tried the options but have not found any settings to disable only the laptop camera shutter sound on photo clicking.

By design, not supposed to be disabled.

Why? There was a spat of RATs (remote access terminal) where bad actors would infect a PC and start watching over the laptop camera. As such happened, a move to give owners a clue that pictures were being taken or recorded, the audio was added and the LED turned out to show the camera was in use.

Sadly the most common source of “how do I turn this off” now is from folk that want to program up a RAT.
